Introducing The Digital Sign-In Book

Capture Data

With a Digital-Sign-In Book, clubs can capture playing visitor details, as well as their own members' and visitors playing trends.

Automatic Insurance

Visitors and members will be automatically covered for personal accident, liability and third party property damage once they have signed in.

Marketing Opportunities

The Digital Sign-In Book also provides increased marketing opportunities, while allowing clubs to make sure they utilise the golf course and clubhouse effectively.

By protecting members and visitors individually it ensures the club is not compromised due to a lack of suitable cover by any one individual. Click to view our online brochure for further information.

Insure & Communicate With Your Visitors & Members

Golf clubs are becoming increasingly exposed to legal action from their neighbours and visiting golfers as a result of the actions of people playing at their club

In 2012, a court awarded £397,000 to a golfer who lost an eye at Niddry Castle. This and several other accidents that regularly occur on golf courses acts as a reminder that golf can be a dangerous sport and each golfer should be adequately insured.

It is of course impractical for a club to "police" whether or not a visiting golfer or member has suitable insurance protection. However if a club arranges their own cover this problem can be easily solved.

Adding More Value

Every entry into the Digital Sign-In Book will be time and date stamped. Combined with accurate email data entered by the visiting golfers and members touching in with their ClubSystems card, this is valuable information for clubs when analysing round totals of both members and visitors, at the same time as highlighting quieter periods which would benefit from additional marketing and promotion strategies.

Clubs will also be able to see when visitors are playing and target those playing on a regular basis with SMART marketing - promoting the benefits of membership with a view to grow membership numbers.
